Little Dyvil is a sleeveless minidress with bat wings, created for Victoria 4 by Aery Soul. As a part of the outfit there are also wrist and ankle bands.
The dress is based on one worn by the character Ompu-chan from the anime Ojamajo Doremi; thus, this is a cosplay resource.
