UV Mapper is stand-alone texture mapping software. The program can create UV maps for props and figures, or (with work) convert a UV map from one figure to another.
The current version is for Windows only, and is not free. There is a Classic version with a reduced feature set, that is free and available for both Windows and MacOS.
