Atardecer is a complete conforming summer outfit, created by Ravenhair for Victoria 4 (optionally with the Elite or Aiko 4 morphs). It is not free; one can purchase a copy from DAZ3D.
The wardrobe includes a knee-length skirt, a sleeveless top, a bracelet, earrings, a necklace with a pendant, a wide-brimmed hat with a hatband, a pair of sunglasses, and a pair of high-heeled open-toed sandals.
