Cho's Crinolines II for V4 is a pair of three-tiered crinoline (hoop-skirt) dresses, designed by Chohole and modeled by Jan19 to fit Victoria 4.
The download includes the skirt and two bodice options (short-sleeved and long-sleeved); combine a bodice and the skirt to make the dress.
