Efrosian Hair for M3 is a swept-back long hairdo and facial hair set, modeled by Mylochka for Michael 3. It was based on the hairstyle worn by Robert Ellenstein while playing the Federation President in Star Trek IV, making this a cosplay resource (the hairdo's license notwithstanding).
