END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH/FROM WWW.QRAFFX.COM

This End User License Agreement applies to contents purchased/downloaded through/from WWW.QRAFFX.COM.

It is the Buyers responsibility to read and understand this license before installing and using the contents. This EULA is a legal agreement between the Buyers and WWW.QRAFFX.COM.

The Artist/Creater retains all copyrights to the enclosed contents/materials, and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

The Buyers are only purchasing the right to use the contents. The Buyer may not redistribute this software, in whole or in part unless stated, nor store it any place on a network or on the Internet where it may be acquired by a third party.

The Buyers may copy the Software for back-up and archival purposes, provided that the original and each copy are kept in the Buyers' possession.

The Buyers may not modify or adapt the software or combine it with another program other than for personal use. The Buyers may not sublicense, rent, lease, or lend any portion of the software or documentation to a third party.

The Buyers acquire the copyright to any derivative works created using the software, provided none of the original materials used can be extracted from the derivative work by any means.

In cases where the Artist/Creater can prove that any of the original material can be extracted from the Buyers' derivative work, The Artist/Creater can demand both the original and derivative work, and all copies be deleted.

The Buyers may sell, rent, or place on the Internet any rendered still or animated images with the contents/materials the clauses of this agreement are not violated.

In the case of product listed/sold under and only under Merchant Resources catagory, the Buyers CAN ONLY redistribute the edited results but CANNOT redistribute the original un-edited content. The Buyers may redistribute, sell, include un-edited content ONLY from Merchant Resources packs which grant the Buyers the rights of limited redistribution. Limited redistribution only allows a pre-stated percentage and NOT ALL of the un-edited content from the Merchant Resources packs to be redistributed or included in the Buyers' creation commercially or non-commercially in the Buyers' creation.

The Buyers may not use the Software in any manner that violates any applicable laws in the Buyers' country. WWW.QRAFFX.COM is not responsible for any illegal use of the software.

In the event a Buyers are not satisfied with the product, a refund may be issued for a period of 30 of days after delivery. Issuing refunds is at the discretion of the Artist/Creator and/or WWW.QRAFFX.COM staff. Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer has worked with the Artist to fix the problem.

In no event will WWW.QRAFFX.COM be liable to the Buyers for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or the inability to use the softwar, or for any claim by any other party.

When a refund is issued, the EULA will automatically terminate and the Buyers are responsible for destroying all copies of the Software and Documentation in the Buyers' possession.

This EULA will also automatically be terminated if the Buyers fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement, the Buyers are responsible for destroying all copies of the Software and Documentation in the Buyers' possession.

This license agreement may be modified only by a signed license modification made by the Buyers and WWW.QRAFFX.COM.
