G-Girl A4/V4 is a complete outfit for Victoria 4 (and Aiko 4). It is not free; one can purchase a copy from DAZ3D.
The outfit is made up of a short-sleeved minidress (in the Japanese "miniskirt patrol" style), gloves, thigh-high stockings, shoes, and a prop pistol.
