Glowing Romulan Tattoos for M4 is a set of character textures, designed by Mylochka to make Michael 4 look like a Romulan from the Star Trek: The Next Generation movies. Thus, this is a cosplay resource.
The textures make use of "Material Room magic," making them usable in Poser only.
