Hero Miniature Base is a prop round small-base scene, modeled by Blurbur. The base is closely patterned after an original HeroClix figure base; thus, this is a cosplay resource.
The base loads so that its top surface is level with the default ground plane. The dial can be turned, but the default texture only has one set of stats.
