L'Homme Pro - V.2 is a weight-mapped human male figure created by RPublishing, Blackhearted, Letterworks, ilona and Deecey. He is not free; one can purchase a copy from Renderosity. You need Poser 11 for him to work.
The Poser installation contains the BASIC non-morph version of this figure. With the advent of the new Poser Pro 11.3 update L'Homme is now a stand-alone figure and also updated is La Femme to remove the L'homme morph.
