Lt. Mulhall Hair is a loosely-braided bun hairdo, modeled by Mylochka for Victoria 3 and Victoria 4. The design was based on a hairstyle worn by Diana Muldaur playing Anne Mulhall on the original Star Trek television episode "Return to Tomorrow"; thus, this is a cosplay resource.
Mylochka notes that the sideswept fringe of the hair "doesn't look good from all angles," but these bangs can be made invisible.
