Magus is a complete outfit suitable for sexy-spellcasting images. (The outfit has type A Zettai Ryouiki, so it isn't suitable for "serious" adventuring.)
Two versions exist: the version for Victoria 4 is not free, while the version for Genesis is included in the free Genesis Starter Essentials bundle. Both are available from DAZ3D.
The download includes boots, collar, jacket, leggings, shorts, earrings, and a staff.
