PHANTOM STRANGER is a superhero in DC Comics, thus cosplay, created by Leh Luthor for P4 Man. The pz3 file contains modifications to P4 Man nude man geometry and included the cape. A texture set is also provided. The file also calls the Male Hair, buisness shirt, slacks, socks, shoes, fedora, which is also included in the base Poser content.
Note:DAZ Studio can recognize pz3 files. Add a directory called Scene under Runtime->Libraries and you will have access to the file.
