Pink Flower Fairy is a set of full-body textures. They incorporate a bodysuit texture within the skin textures. There is a companion file containing a morph that transforms Victoria 1-2 into a fairy. It is referenced in Flower Fairy Face. There is a texture for Thorneworks Universal Wings which are no longer available but the texture can be added to a plane. You would have to create a transmap for the plane object.
