I don't recognize her... Not an Ultra character - they have distinctive helmets with fins. Not a Kamen Rider figure, either - they have masks. ("kamen" means "masked".)

I think we're going to have to list her on the "Other" page as an unknown character.

So I did some research. RayGoddess V2 and Aiko3 Lumina1 have the same suit design. Lumina1 is identified to look like Ultragirl Lumina.--Dollygirl (talk) 15:50, 20 June 2020 (UTC)
