Texture Challenge 11 is a complete four piece antique dress outfit for Victoria 4.
It is part of an ongoing series of clothing freebies created by Sanbie as a challenge for freebie texture artists. Like most of the Texture Challenge sets, TC 11 comes with no textures included.
