Texture Challenge 12 is a complete four piece fantasy adventure outfit for Victoria 4.
It is part of an ongoing series of clothing freebies created by Sanbie as a challenge for freebie texture artists. Like most of the Texture Challenge sets, TC 12 comes with no textures included.
