Texture Challenge 16 is a complete four-piece skirt outfit for Victoria 4.
It is part of an ongoing series of clothing freebies created by Sanbie as a challenge for freebie texture artists. Unlike most of the Texture Challenge sets, TC 16 comes with two sets of textures by eblank included.
The set includes a bodice top, a short mini-skirt, panties and a short sleeve shrug jacket.
