Texture Challenge 27 is a two-piece summer outfit, designed for Victoria 4.
It is part of an ongoing series of untextured clothing freebies created by Sanbie as a challenge for freebie texture artists. Unlike most Texture Challenge sets, Sanbie created a texture set for this outfit; this is a separate download at the same URL as the outfit.
The outfit is made up of a bustier top and a short skirt.
