V2 Tutu is a tutu - just the skirt, not the leotard - created by Arrogathor for Victoria 1-2. If you need a skin texture for a leotard then this product V2 Project Adoela Pt.1 might do. Also the textures used on the tutu are tillable images so you can use them to make a texture for say a swimsuit, bodysuit or top.
